Can I keep the tax invoice instead of removing it?

Yes. Check the "Yes, keep invoice" box before uploading and the invoice page will be kept as-is alongside the cropped label in your downloaded PDF, instead of being stripped out.

Why does my Amazon label show a SKU code I didn't expect?

Amazon's printed label often only shows a generic item type, not your actual product SKU. We pull the real seller SKU off the invoice page and print it on the label for you. You can choose whether it shows just the SKU code or the SKU with a product description using the radio buttons under the Amazon option.

Ecommerce Label Crop is built and tested against Amazon's Easy Ship / self-ship (Merchant Fulfilled) label PDFs. FBA box/carton labels use a different layout and aren't the focus of this tool.

What happens if a SKU can't be detected?

The label is still cropped normally, and the results screen tells you how many labels were missing a detected SKU so you can double-check those specific ones before printing.

Can I turn off the SKU stamp entirely?

The SKU stamp is added automatically whenever it's detected, since recovering the real SKU is the main reason sellers use this tool for Amazon labels. You can still control how much detail it shows via the SKU display mode.
